CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time reserved for each client and the travel required for mobile appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours are subject to a 20% fee. If your therapist is already en route or arrives at the provided location and the appointment cannot be completed due to client unavailability, inability to access the location, or a no-show, the appointment is subject to the full service charge.
